User Agreement

This User Agreement sets out the rules for accessing and using VelmoriaTV. By opening the application, creating an account, or using any feature, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to accept this Agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the service only after that consent has been provided.

2. Accounts and Credentials

Registration details must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and verification information, as well as activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Scope of the Service

VelmoriaTV may offer content discovery, title information, search, streaming, saved lists, viewing progress, recommendations, account settings, support, and optional paid services. Functions may differ according to device, software version, account status, technical capability, and content authorization.

4. Limited Permission

While you comply with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful personal entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the application or its materials.

5. Content Availability

Titles, episodes, artwork, subtitles, audio options, and playback features may change or become unavailable because of licensing, legal, technical, security, or operational requirements. Access to a particular item is not guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

13. Limitation of Liability

Membership Service Agreement

This Membership Service Agreement applies to optional memberships offered through VelmoriaTV. It should be read together with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Auto-Renewal Agreement, and the plan information displayed before purchase.

1. Choosing a Membership

Plans may vary in price, duration, renewal method, eligibility, and benefits. The checkout page identifies the terms that apply to your selection. Review those details before authorizing payment.

2. Membership Benefits

Depending on the plan, benefits may include access to designated programs, playback functions, reduced advertising, or other features described in the application. Benefits require a valid entitlement and compatible device.

3. Activation

A membership begins after the payment platform confirms the transaction and the entitlement is successfully validated. Network conditions, processing delays, or maintenance may temporarily delay activation.

4. Account Association

Membership is linked to the relevant purchasing and VelmoriaTV accounts. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use and may not be sold, rented, exchanged, or transferred unless expressly supported by the payment platform.

5. Devices and Sessions

A plan may limit compatible devices or simultaneous use. We may require renewed sign-in or verification when necessary to secure an account, confirm entitlement, or address unusual activity.

6. Access Rather Than Ownership

Membership grants conditional access to benefits and does not give ownership of any program or digital material. Specific titles, episodes, subtitles, audio tracks, playback quality, and features may change during a membership period.

7. Changes in Availability

Content and benefits may be adjusted for licensing, law, security, technology, maintenance, or operational reasons. Any notice or remedy required by applicable law will be provided.

8. Advertising Benefits

If a plan includes an advertising-related benefit, its scope will be stated in the plan description. Service messages, legal notices, sponsorship within content, and material outside standard advertisement placements may still appear.

9. Duration and Renewal

A fixed-term plan ends when its stated period expires. A recurring plan renews until canceled according to the Auto-Renewal Agreement and the controls of the purchasing platform.

10. Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions normally must be canceled through the platform used for purchase. Uninstalling the application, signing out, or deleting a VelmoriaTV account does not automatically stop external recurring billing.

11. Prices and Taxes

The checkout screen shows the charge before confirmation. Currency, taxes, conversion, and transaction processing may be determined by the payment provider. Separate bank, network, or connectivity charges are outside our control.

12. Trials and Promotions

Special offers may be limited by time, account, device, or prior purchase history. If an offer becomes a paid recurring membership, the duration, regular price, and cancellation conditions will be presented before enrollment.

13. Refunds

Refund requests for externally processed purchases are generally reviewed by the payment platform under its procedures and applicable law. A refund, reversal, or successful chargeback may cause the related benefits to be removed.

14. Restoring Access

If a valid purchase is not recognized, sign in with the original purchasing account and use any available restore function. Support may request a non-sensitive order reference but will not request a password or complete card information.

15. Member Responsibilities

Receipt alteration, promotion abuse, false refund claims, unauthorized entitlement sharing, and attempts to bypass membership checks are prohibited.

16. Suspension of Benefits

Benefits may be paused or withdrawn if an entitlement expires, is refunded, cannot be verified, was improperly obtained, or is associated with a serious violation of applicable terms.

17. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, membership services are provided “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted payment processing, immediate synchronization, or permanent catalog availability. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Auto-Renewal Agreement

This Auto-Renewal Agreement applies to a VelmoriaTV membership identified as recurring at checkout. By confirming the subscription, you authorize repeated billing under the disclosed plan terms and this Agreement.

1. Recurring Service

A recurring membership continues for successive billing periods until canceled, payment cannot be completed, the product is discontinued, or access is otherwise terminated. The checkout page displays the plan and billing frequency.

2. Billing Authorization

You authorize the purchasing payment platform to charge the payment method connected to your account for each renewal, including applicable taxes. VelmoriaTV does not independently store complete card credentials processed by that platform.

3. Renewal Schedule

The payment platform determines the exact authorization time, renewal date, and processing sequence. Time zones, month length, platform procedures, and payment retries may affect when a charge appears.

4. Turning Off Auto-Renewal

Cancel through the subscription-management controls of the platform used for purchase and before its stated deadline. Removing the application, signing out, or deleting a VelmoriaTV account does not itself cancel a subscription.

5. Effect of Cancellation

After successful cancellation, future renewal should stop. Unless applicable law or the payment platform provides otherwise, benefits remain active until the current paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed charge.

6. Renewal Price

Future periods are billed at the applicable price communicated through the payment platform. Any notice or consent required for a price change will be handled through an authorized channel. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Trials and Introductory Offers

A trial or discounted period may convert to a standard recurring plan at its conclusion. Eligibility, duration, conversion price, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.

8. Receipts and Notifications

The payment platform may issue reminders, receipts, cancellation confirmations, or price notices according to its procedures. You are responsible for keeping purchasing-account contact information current and reviewing subscription status.

9. Failed Renewal

Payment may fail because a method expired, authorization was declined, the purchasing account was restricted, or a technical issue occurred. The payment platform may retry the charge, request updated details, offer a grace period, or allow the plan to expire.

10. Entitlement Checks

Paid benefits are available only while an active subscription can be verified. Access may pause if renewal status cannot be confirmed and may resume after a valid entitlement is synchronized.

11. Refund Requests

Requests concerning an externally processed charge should normally be submitted through the payment platform’s designated channel. A refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed payment may result in removal of related benefits.

12. Restoring a Subscription

After reinstalling the application or changing devices, sign in with the original purchasing account and use any available restore option. Restoration depends on a valid subscription record.

13. Account Responsibilities

Secure your purchasing account, review plan terms, maintain an acceptable payment method, and keep cancellation confirmation. Altered receipts, fraudulent refunds, and attempts to evade subscription validation are prohibited.

14. Third-Party Functions

The payment platform controls payment credentials, authorization, tax calculations, cancellation tools, retries, and many refund decisions. Its mandatory procedures govern those functions.

15. Suspension or Discontinuation

Renewal benefits may be restricted if a subscription expires, is reversed, cannot be validated, was obtained improperly, or is used in serious violation of VelmoriaTV terms.

16. Disclaimer and Liability

To the extent allowed by law, renewal processing and entitlement verification are provided “as available.” Immediate synchronization and uninterrupted third-party operation are not guaranteed. Non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.

17. Agreement Updates
